Return Policy
- We strive to make everyone 100% satisfied, if you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us immediately and we'll do our best to resolve the problem.
- Returns may be accepted within 7 days of you receiving your items. All items returned must have an (RMA) return material authorization number issued by Hollow Point Firearms and be included with the original items in original condition and packaging. All PMAGS and lower receivers will be charged a minimum 25% restocking fee. Returns Must have an RMA. NO exceptions
- Receivers returned to us from your FFL dealer, due to a firearms application or background check denial, may lose their ability to receive a refund, this will be determined on the type of engraving made. Example: Stock image, Custom script, Custom text, Custom image.
