Eddies Ironworx is excited that you have chosen us to personalize your products. However, due to the nature of engraving and Cerakote, you must agree to our guidelines.
LASER ENGRAVING:
Eddies Ironworx is not liable for customer provided items that may get damaged during transit to or from locations, or damage that may occur throughout the entire engraving process. The customer assumes and accepts all risks associated with the engraving process. However, if the item gets damaged during the engraving process, we will engrave a customer provided replacement item at no charge.
CERAKOTE:
Eddies Ironworx is not liable for customer provided items that may get damaged during transit to or from locations or damage that may occur throughout the entire Cerakote process. Therefore, the customer assumes and accepts all risks associated with the Cerakote process and understands that once a firearm is received by us, we will do a visual inspection but cannot physically test fire the firearm to confirm its working condition, therefore once we alter the firearm by sandblasting and Cerakoting, we will then reassemble and dry test its function, but cannot assume responsibility in its firing function once returned to the customer.
